REFUND POLICY
RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
Attending a retreat, with A Tantric Life is a demonstration of your commitment to yourself and the evolution of your consciousness.
Deposits are non refundable. When more than 45 days notice of cancellation prior to the start date of the retreat is given, your deposit is transferable, less $150 administration fee.
Within 15 days of the event start date, no refunds are given. You can transfer your payment to another person. (Transfers are only considered on a case-by-case basis).
*Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, pregnancy, job conflict or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc). We have covered costs for you. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change.
IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
If we must cancel a retreat, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that A Tantric Life must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To protect yourself further, you may want to look into purchasing your own travel insurance.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If you change or cancel your reservation for an event more than 15 days before an event, you will be charged a processing fee of 15%. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded to you or may be transferred to another event.
If you wish to cancel your booking more than 7 but less than 14 days before the event date, you will forfeit 30% of the cost of your reservation and the remainder with be refunded.
Changes or cancellations made less than seven days before the event date are subject to forfeit the entire cost of the event (in some instances you may be able to transfer to another event).
SESSIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Since the scheduling of a session involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of a session.
If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.
There are no rescheduled appointments for no shows or appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Thank you for honoring your word and keeping your agreements.
PRODUCTS REFUND
Any faulty product will be refunded or replaced.
Any unused product may be exchanged or transferred as a store credit.
(Customer pays return shipping cost).
POSTAGE
When ordering products form abroad: It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand their country’s custom laws and which items may cause issues with customs.
Additional cover or courier service can be provided if covered by the recipient.
APPLYING CREDIT
Any requests to transfer payment as credit for another event are to be made and confirmed in writing. Once agreed, the credit is to be redeemed with 18 months.
Also any vouchers and gift cards are also to be redeemed within 18 months.
